A full day to slow down, paint, experiment, and reconnect with creativity alongside artists from around the world.
On May 30th, Amanda Sage will stream a live hybrid edition of Painting With Light directly from the Gunnison Arts Center in Colorado, while the online space will be hosted by Marina from Zion Rebels. Together, participants will move through the stages of building a painting in acrylic using principles inspired by the Mischtechnik method and old master painting techniques.
This workshop is designed for both beginners and experienced artists — less about perfection, and more about discovering new ways to work with light, layering, atmosphere, and personal vision through paint. The experience continues beyond the live class with access to recordings for one year and an additional online review session on June 13th, where Amanda will offer feedback on submitted paintings and answer questions.
